Refund policy
Refunds We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Peachy Curves Boutique DOES NOT offer refunds; however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at peachycurvesboutique@gmail.com. Please place RETURN for the subject line. Your return request will be in review. If your return is accepted, you will be notified via email with returning instructions. Please note, we DO NOT accept items that are not in their original state. Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we've determined your item(s) is in good condition and return is approved, you will receive notification of store credit information via email. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized.
No clearance items, bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, or undergarments will be accepted for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within 3 days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like clearance items, bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, or undergarments will be accepted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, promotional items, discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, following the return policy listed above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
